Fortville Singapore Apartments - The latest news

I've heard a lot of things coming up in Fortville Apartments Singapore.

My friend told me that the renovation of all the apartments are finished already!  And they have even installed 14 CCTV cameras to secure the building.

They have also finished doing their new Management Office.  He only told me that the new office is now more spacious, a lot bigger than the old cramp office.

Fortville Singapore has also made a "lounge".  Inside it doesn't look like an office so tt must be a lounge for the residents and guests as it has two big glass doors.  I dont know what's inside but a big corner sofa can be seen inside.

A thief market!  A "thieves market!"  ...in Singapore?!?  

Nobody would have thought that such  place exist in this highly developed country.  Or at least, I didn't.  Aside from being a global hub, Singapore is very known for strict rules and fines!  Everywhere you go, you see posters and stickers about fines!

Well, this is FORTVILLE Singapore!

And I am very proud to tell you that somebody from Canada has just sent me an email, giving me thanks for my previous post on the relaunching of Fortville.

She said that she is currently staying in one of the apartments in Fortville.  The "but" is that she is staying in one of the units that was not in my post.  She stayed in a Studio B type of apartment! And at a cheaper price of course!

That is good to hear!

The new FORTVILLE Apartments in Singapore

Last week, I have just published an info about Fortville's relaunching.  And since then, I've been bugging them for additional info most especially on the apartment layout and floor plan.  And so, I did get some.  He-he-he!

As mentioned, they are offering three types of apartment for rental : the Studio type, the 1-Bedroom type and the 1+1 type.  Sizes are roughly about 450 sqft, 560 sqft and 800 sqft respectively.  By the way, their "1+1" means 1 bedroom plus 1 study room.  Now the next question is how does this apartments looked-like.

We are in luck!  'Coz I now have the floor plans. Just don't ask me how I got it, ok?

I have posted something about Fortville Apartments Singapore some months ago.  And as mentioned, they are actually offering apartments for rent, in Singapore of course.

In the past eight months, they were doing a major upgrading.  They aimed to modernize the apartments.  On 1st April 2011, the had a few units opened for rental.  But right now, they are offering a different format for their apartments.   You can see the old apartment setting here: Fortville Apartments 2010. They are currently offering three types of apartments for rental : Studio type, a 1-Bedroom type and a 1+1 type.

Yes, Sinulog 2011 is coming.  The schedule of the grand parade will be on the 16th of January 2011.

This is a very interesting jingle!  You can hear this in any MRT Station in Singapore!
