Well, this is FORTVILLE Singapore!
And I am very proud to tell you that somebody from Canada has just sent me an email, giving me thanks for my previous post on the relaunching of Fortville.
She said that she is currently staying in one of the apartments in Fortville. The "but" is that she is staying in one of the units that was not in my post. She stayed in a Studio B type of apartment! And at a cheaper price of course!
That is good to hear!
She was able to ask some apartment details from the Marketing Manager. And as a gesture of appreciation, she gave the info to me. He-he-he!
Fortville has opened brand new apartments. The apartment types released were Studio A, Studio B and Studio C types. All of which are found in floors 5th and 6th. Actually, she said these floors were available from floors 2nd to 6th. But as of 1st May 2011, only those from 5th to 6th floors were released.

The Studio B, where my Canadian correspondent stayed, is smaller as it is seen. But what captured her heart actually was how efficient Fortville has used up the space. And she also was amazed on the appliances installed in the apartment: washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven, bread toaster, electric vitro cooker and a lot more. She also mentioned that there were two brand new air-conditioning units in this apartment. The 32" Samsung LCD television in the bedroom with free cable tv subscriptions. Cable and wireless internet connection was also provided free. The queen size bed is noticeably brand new too, complete with beddings she said!
And being a single lady, she praised the standing rain-shower with hot water during bath times. What a great way to stay fresh, she said.
She also mentioned that Fortville are providing three times a week housekeeping - they cleaning the whole house three times a week! That's a great plus!
This really enticing. With all these services and amenities are available, why do we need to book for a hotel in Singapore? If it was me, I rather save some on the rental by staying at Fortville - hotel services with affordable apartment prices. *smiles*

Do take note that the published Studio A in April 2011 has the same configuration as the Studio A stated above. The main difference as I can see it is the size only. The former is about 456 square feet while the latter is about 434 square feet only. Well, not really that much of a difference.
