No matter how Saeki looks at it, he is still unable to figure out what Itagaki is doing. He sees Itagaki's "body parts" are doing different thing. Saeki is in trouble... big time!
The way I see it, it's not the Shiritori that's making Itagaki's engine accelate. It is Saeki who is slowing down. He might have not noticed it.
